Introduction | परिचय

English: This model shows how we can automate street lighting using solar energy and LDR sensors. It turns ON the LED light when it's dark and OFF when sunlight is detected.

हिंदी: यह मॉडल दर्शाता है कि कैसे सौर ऊर्जा और LDR सेंसर की सहायता से सड़क लाइट को स्वत: जलाया और बुझाया जा सकता है। यह ऊर्जा संरक्षण और स्मार्ट सिटी प्रोजेक्ट्स के लिए उपयोगी है।

Problem it Solves | यह किस समस्या का समाधान करता है?

It removes the need for manual switching of street lights, reduces electricity waste, and promotes use of solar energy in public utilities.

Required Materials | आवश्यक सामग्री

• Solar Panel (Mini or 6V)
• LDR Sensor (Light Dependent Resistor)
• LEDs + Resistors
• Battery (Rechargeable)
• Switch, Wires, Breadboard
• Mounting Platform or Model Base

Model Making Process | निर्माण प्रक्रिया

1. LDR Sensor को Breadboard में लगाएँ और उसे एक resistor से जोड़ें।
2. Output pin से LED को जोड़ें और series में Battery लगाएँ।
3. Solar Panel को Battery चार्जिंग के लिए Parallel जोड़ें।
4. Test करें कि दिन में LED बंद और अंधेरा होने पर LED स्वत: ON हो जाए।

Scientific Principle | वैज्ञानिक सिद्धांत

This project is based on the principle of photoconductivity of LDRs. When light falls on LDR, its resistance drops. The circuit uses this property to detect light levels and trigger the LED through control logic.
