Pay Matrix में Level और Cell क्या होते हैं?
Pay Matrix 7th Pay system में salary fixation का main table है। इसमें अलग-अलग Level होते हैं और प्रत्येक Level में कई vertical Cells होती हैं। कर्मचारी का basic pay किसी specific Level की किसी specific Cell में होता है।

Q1. Equal Cell क्या है?
New Pay Level में target amount के बराबर जो Cell मिलती है, उसे Equal Cell कहा जाता है।
Q2. Next Higher Cell कब लगेगी?
जब target amount new Level में exactly available नहीं हो और applicable rule upward placement allow करे, तब target amount से ऊपर की nearest available Cell ली जाती है। Rule 26 में कई जगह “next Cell” और Rule 26A में “next higher Cell” wording आती है।
Q3. Lower Cell कब लगती है?
