RSR Rule 26A क्या है?
RSR Rule 26A Rajasthan Service Rules, 1951 का promotion pay fixation rule है। 1 October 2017 से revised pay structure / Pay Matrix system में promotion from one Level to another Level होने पर वेतन निर्धारण इसी rule के अनुसार किया जाता है।
इस rule का basic principle है — employee जिस Level से promote हो रहा है, पहले उसी Level में one increment दिया जाएगा। फिर increment के बाद प्राप्त amount को promoted Level में place किया जाएगा। अगर promoted Level में वही amount available हो तो equal Cell, और equal Cell न हो तो next higher Cell दी जाएगी।

DPC Year, Notional Fixation और Actual Benefit

Promotion अगर Annual Increment Date पर हो तो क्या होगा?
इसका practical अर्थ है कि promotion date और annual increment date same होने पर calculation order बहुत important है। पहले annual increment lower Level में, फिर Rule 26A promotion fixation — गलत order से pay और DNI दोनों में error हो सकता है।
ACP / MACP के बाद Same Level Promotion: सबसे जरूरी caution
कई मामलों में कर्मचारी को पहले ACP / MACP के कारण वही Pay Level मिल चुका होता है जो बाद में regular promotion post का Level है। ऐसे cases में promotion order के साथ Pay Level और previous ACP/MACP fixation जरूर compare करें। यदि Level same है और no-further-fixation condition लागू है, तो दुबारा one increment benefit देना गलत हो सकता है।

DNI: Next Date of Increment कैसे देखें?
